How to Play

The objective of the game is to collect as many seeds as possible. The board consists of 12 small pits, called houses, on each side, and a larger pit, called the store, at each end. The game starts with an equal number of seeds in each house.

Players take turns picking up all the seeds from one of their houses and distributing them, one by one, into the following houses, in a counter-clockwise direction. If the last seed lands in the player’s store, they get an extra turn.

If the last seed lands in an empty house on their side, they capture that seed and any seeds in the opposite house, placing them in their store.

The game continues until one side has no more seeds in their houses. The player with the most seeds in their store wins the game.
