Welland African Store – 7 Days Return Policy

At Welland African Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7 days return policy, ensuring your shopping experience is stress-free and enjoyable.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.
- Products with expiration dates must have a minimum of 90 days remaining before expiration.
- Perishable items and products with hygiene concerns (e.g., personal care items) are not eligible for returns.
- Any free promotional items received with your purchase must also be returned if you choose to return the main product.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund:
1. Contact Customer Support:
To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team through email at support@wellandafricanstore.com or via the live chat feature on our website. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization:
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number, which you will need to include in the return package.
Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the items.
Refund Processing:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a restocking fee. Our 30 days return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and confidence when shopping with Welland African Store.
